Consent to personal data processing

By turning on the “I consent to the processing of personal data” switch when signing up for the SkyEnergy AI service (https://skyenergyai.com), I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give consent to Individual Entrepreneur Ivan Vasilyevich Bormotkin, taxpayer number (INN) 673203821665, address: 72 Gagarina Ave., Smolensk, Smolensk Region, 214018, Russia (the “Operator”) to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purposes

• signing up and signing in to the account, providing the service under the offer;
• answering my questions and keeping chat history;
• payment, subscription auto-renewal and refunds, sending receipts;
• security of the account and the service, protection against abuse, enforcing the service rules;
• service e-mails and replies to my requests.

2. Data

E-mail address, name, password hash, interface language; question texts, answers, chat titles, attached files; IP address, browser details, time of actions; payment details (without the full card number).

3. Actions and methods

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction — using automated means.

4. Who processes data on the Operator’s behalf

• e-mail delivery service — service e-mails;
• JSC TBank (T-Kassa) — accepting payments and recurring payments;
• hosting providers and telecom operators — hosting the Service servers and transmitting data.

5. Transfer to AI model providers, including abroad

5.1. Answers are created by AI models that run abroad. I agree that, to get an answer, the text of my question, previous messages of the chat and attached files are sent through the OpenRouter, Inc. service to the AI model providers it works with (listed on the OpenRouter website). E-mail, name, password, IP address and payment details are not sent — only a pseudonymous account identifier; requests are sent with a prohibition on using them to train models.

5.2. I have been warned that data may be transferred to foreign states, including states that do not provide adequate protection of data subjects’ rights, and that recipients process requests under their own rules and may keep them temporarily to monitor abuse. So I do not include in questions full names, document numbers, health details that identify me, or other people’s data. Service e-mails may also be sent through a foreign service.

6. Term and withdrawal

6.1. The consent is valid until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn.

6.2. Consent can be withdrawn by writing to info@skyenergyai.com from the address of the account, or by deleting the account in the settings. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, except data it may or must keep by law. The service cannot be used without data processing and sending questions to model providers; data already sent cannot technically be recalled from the recipient.

Details on processing and retention periods are in the Privacy policy. The Russian version prevails in case of discrepancy.
