Consent to recurring payments

By ticking “I agree to recurring payments” when purchasing a subscription to the SkyEnergy AI service (https://skyenergyai.com), I instruct Individual Entrepreneur Ivan Vasilyevich Bormotkin, taxpayer number (INN) 673203821665 (the “Provider”) to charge the subscription fee to my bank card without separate confirmation of each payment on the following terms.

1. Amount and frequency

1.1. The amount charged is the price of the chosen plan for one period on the date of the charge:

1.2. The charge is made once per period, on the day the paid period ends. A period is one calendar month.

1.3. The Provider announces a price change by e-mail at least 10 days before the first charge at the new price.

2. Card and payment service

The card is linked at the first payment on the page of the payment service JSC TBank (T-Kassa). Card details are not passed to the Provider: it receives only the binding identifier and the masked card number.

3. Cancellation

3.1. Recurring payment can be cancelled at any time with one action in the account: “Subscription” → “Cancel auto-renewal”. From that moment there are no charges and the card binding is removed.

3.2. After cancellation, the paid period remains active until it ends.

3.3. If cancelling in the account is not possible, write to info@skyenergyai.com from the address of the account: any charge made after the message is received is refunded in full.

4. If a charge fails

The account moves to the Free plan; the Provider retries the charge after 1 and after 3 days — a successful one resumes the subscription for a month from the payment date. If the retries fail, the subscription ends; data and chat history are kept.

5. Account block

While the account is blocked (clause 8.4 of the offer), no charges are made; the subscription and the card binding are kept and continue after unblocking.

A receipt for every charge is sent by e-mail. Other terms are in the offer. The Russian version prevails in case of discrepancy.
